Abigail Asor Asante is a Young Leader with passion for Women Advocacy. She has had the opportunity to serve in various roles including:
- Women's Commissioner of Koforidua Technical University, 2022.
- National Women's Commissioner for Technical Universities in Ghana (GNUTS), 2023
- Gender Commission Chair for GNUTS, 2023
Through these experiences, she has gained valuable exposure to leadership, advocacy, politics and governance.
She's an Envoy of EVE International, and a member of the EVE Governance, a global woman dominated organization that seeks to champion the interest of women.
She is deeply committed to philosophical exploration, finding meaning in life's complexities, and delving into thought-provoking discussions. This intellectual curiosity drives her to seek innovative solutions and approach challenges with a fresh perspective.
Furthermore, being recognized as a great mentor and role model for young women, she volunteers her time and energy to initiatives that empower women and youth to break free from societal constraints and realize their full potential. Whether it's participating in workshops, organizing capacity building events, or offering mentorship. She is dedicated to creating inclusive spaces where women can thrive and flourish.
